Yup. They get a subpoena, and you will be forced to turn it over free of charge...and don't even THINK about deleting it now that it is known that it exists, because if there are criminal charges pending (i.e. DUI, etc...) you could end up arrested and facing charges of your own for destroying evidence.

You demand money for everything, and then you wonder why you're broke and "need the money". Perhaps if you tried doing favors and being kind to your fellow man, that kindness would find its way back to you. There is more to life than just money.

 

In my jurisdiction, if you are witness to a motor vehicle accident you can be charged for leaving the scene before police arrive.

Your name appears in the police report as a witness and should there be a trial, either side could subpoena you as a witness. They don't even buy you lunch and you're in contempt of court and a warrant is issued if you ignore the subpoena.

If their insurance contacts you and they are willing to pay for this video I would up the price to $500!!
