I agree with u on that. its also a revise side to situation that both brokers need to agree with like operators understand in return. this is not directed at u, but its an example. their are brokers that sit on loads that pay good and operators are willing and looking to haul, but they never post them, so it puts a operator in a situation to make decisions that might not be beneficial to a broker, but to the operator they are out here to survive and provide for whats important to them most, "Family" and don't forget, pay them bills.
u also have brokers that under cut a load to make things work for them and not the operator, so when a operator does and make that decision, brokers want the operator to understand them. it just seems sometimes brokers don't understand and/or care that an operator is away from home and their families for a long period of time and tryn to make ends meet, an either they don't care or they just overlook an operators views and ways of living.
put the freight out that pays and don't force a operator to move cheap freight which puts money their pocket and they can go home at night, see there family, eat good and pay bills, and the operator get deeper in debt and not able to provide as well as it makes them stay away longer to make up from the cheap freight hauled and the broker holding back on posting good loads to survive..dirtyharry8038 Thanks this. -

a broker will make money off of cheap freight or paying freight. a operator is only going to make it in 1 way, freight that pays. if brokers would understand and accepted where an operator is coming from, it would be a win win for both broker and operator, with most important, a operator wouldn't have to make a drastic decision as that.
