Or have a camera spying on you and be micromanaged to hell and back lol

That would be a 20%+/- pay cut depending on experience on any northeast trip. That would be a lot of money left in the table at year end.

I left a year ago. Making .56 a mile , be at .60 in the next 12 months. Been running right at 3k miles a week , and get paid something for everything you do. Epes was good to me , just one of the dispatchers did not give the respect people deserves. Respect has not been a issue where I am at now , and it is a big step up career wise.

My mileage pay at epes was from .41 to .61 depending on what I was doing . Then they had a pay raise since then .

Northeast and training give big bumps to the pay.

When I left last year I was doing .37 base with 3 years. You get a .10 bonus for anything north of DC on loaded miles so that's .47.

Put a student on the truck and you just bumped it another .10 on all miles.

Northeast with a student I was doing ,57 when I left.

Wish lonelyguy would chime in since he's currently there in the new pay package. If they really are paying .39 for one year that shows how much they had to incentivize the pay package to keep people last year.

LG is at .42 . Remember he is on the student pay scale . End of his current year he'll be at .44.
