That's nice if you're a numbers-cruncher. I am not, and I like to know what my patients' names are as soon as they walk through my door, or into my tent as the case is now. I am out here at the truck stop, getting dirty, and roughing the weather. So what if I take time to talk to my patients and get to know them a bit, and charge less than customary for doing it. I think the drivers appreciate my approach at the end of the day.
