    You'll find that all recruiters are extremely busy. Doesn't mean they don't want to talk to you but it can make communication difficult.
    Once you find a recruiter within a company get a direct line for them if you don't already have one.

    Stonebelt they are small but I have seen them teaching guys to pass the CDL road tests then put them one on one with a local driver. So as long as insurance will take a driver they seem to give chances.
    Took me when I had not been a steady semi driver for almost 5 years as the construction company did not report any time. All other companies wanted me to do their refresher and team first.
    Went though that BS once won't do it again.

    Nice, their terminal just happens to be a few minutes down 37 from my apartment. Looks like I've got a new company to consider applying to.
