    Sounds like the answer is custom. Your options are get a big sleeper and customize it yourself, get a big sleeper and pay someone to customize it or get a day cab and buy a custom sleeper.

    No No No!!! I won't let them cut it up. I'm wondering if the OEM would sell the truck with a standard sleeper "shell" and let the aftermarket guys do the interior. That may be the way. The main problem I see with the OEMs is they just want to sell you the truck. They're really not interested in what you want!!! It's the "McDonalds" mindset. You better not DARE want anything that moves the menu around. They don't know what to do if you don't want "pickles"

    Thanks

    My last truck was Volvo 770 and now a Volvo 780, great team trucks, the reason I bought both was the sleeper, fridge size and storage; the lower bed in 780 works as couch also , but in bed position allows to use larger than original mattress; I bought the largest best quality mattress , and I sleep like a baby even when the truck is moving; I found this video on Tube;

    Factory OEM with a 5 X 6 foot mattress is not likely....If I were to take on the challenge, I would purchase a FL Cascadia condo for it has the most room and storage fpr the price, then remove the side wall storage and build a platform with drawers under to support a 5 X 6 foot premium quality mattress. the upper bunk could be converted into a storage locker.

    The Volvo VNL780 has a 77" sleeper, just like the VNL770.

    Can't remember exactly, but try either kwcustoms.com or customkw.com, or kwcustom.com. Sorry, I can't remember which one.
