    you didn't get an inspection.

NO. it won't effect your CSA. only your MVR. And yes, get an attorney, they can have the charge changed to something else. you still pay the fine. PLUS attorney fees. but that depends on what state your in. Wyoming and New Mexico are 2 states that don't care about your license. They'll stick it to you.

It sucks how there are some construction zones, that are essentially the same road with a few barrels scattered every quarter mile along the side. For weeks perhaps months, no people working, no construction equipment, no real hazards to speak of, but yet it's marked "construction zone" with a reduced speed limit. And this may go on for 20+ miles.

And at some point, some Barney Fife will capitalize on the situation.

I was always curious how those people going over 10 in construction zones are not afraid to get tickets. But yeah, local lawyer is your best chance

There was a news article about PA construction zones .they stated that they put them up early so buy the time they start doing construction the tickets have already paid for the job

Cant figure out why drivers take the risk and speed through const zones. If its 45 then thats what I do and I always have a line of cars and trucks behind me.
