Its going to be up to your company .I think if you have been there for a while and haven't had any other problems they will probably keep ya jmo. Its not like your going to loose your license over it. If they don't keep ya there is lots of other companies.

Don't know if you were planning to tell your company right away but read on line that a cdl driver has to inform his carrier of the speeding ticket within 30 days. Don't know if its only for commercial drivers with a Wyoming drivers license or everyone?

For about 10 miles this morning, going south on the northeast extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, coming back from Wilkes Barre PA, I made everyone drive 55 miles per hour in the construction zone that went on for ever. I am leaving for school in two days, ain't nothing going to stop me.

Apparently, you haven't been across I-88 in Illinois lately. 20+ miles of single lane at 45 mph if you're lucky. And no reduction in toll either. I agree though. Why risk it?

He has to notify his employer of the ticket. from there somehow, someway, the insurance company will get wind of this as well. if his company's insurance is too high now due to others speeding or red light running or whatever else, his company can see a substantial increase in premiums. he can be fired in an instant.

    Nevada does the same stunt.

I wonder how much money tax payers pay to throw out some barrels on the highway to just sit there till winter comes before removing.
