It was wrong for dispatch to illegally order him to move the truck through Texas flooding. Most companies fire for illegal orders. But CRST encourages them.

You did violate company policy, and if the dispatcher felt threatened, then you did make threats. And that is not a lie. Accept that you F'ed up by going to work for them in the first place. Accept that you can do NOTHING about what they have reported on your HireRight report.

Move on and learn that your own attitude is your worst enemy.

 

My attitude? If that company can't handle truckers, then they are in the wrong industry. People will cuss you to get out of a contract. You don't have to lie about it. That company is trying to stop their turnover rate the wrong way.
