crst is heartless and liars

CRST can not force you to break the laws, that is your personal choice. You put yourself into the situation, either stand up for yourself, or ####. CRST is not the problem, your attitude is, that it is CRST fault.

 

That is assuming they actually wanted help. And since they never have followed up, I question the validity of the OP.

 

If it hits the fan, then yes CRST will blame the driver. They will tow your truck if you refuse a load. Yet if you get in trouble for doing an illegal load, CRST will deny giving any such orders.

 

Do you realize Arizona laws? Unless you are a family member or have direct business, you can go to jail asking for an accident report. That law was made to prevent ambulance chasing lawyers.

 

So i just go to AZ and ask for a accident report and they will throw me in jail? Cool! I dont even have to commit a crime.

That is a state crime in Arizona. You just can't go to a hospital and stock someone.

 

Can you go to a pond and stock fish?

 

There are several federal privacy act laws. But the laws in Arizona are more strict.

 

i bet CRST is so bad they make their drivers go to Arizona and ask for accident reports. And you have to do it or else they will tow your truck!!!

 

If you pay for your own wrecker and pass a DOT inspection, by law a company does not need to be notified. (In Arizona.)
