Have a 92 Fl Fla cabover. When i bought the truck the speedo was inop and put in a new sensor and it started working. Just last week it started fluctuating all over the place when i have my foot on the throttle between 10-60 and when i let off it will read correct. Ive cleaned the sensor off once and have played with the sensor height to no avail. This weekend when i grease going to go throuh and check all my grounds just wondering if there is anything else obvious that im missing.

Your speedometer head may be bad. If you try another one in the truck there are dip switches that have to be matched to have it work properly.
