They are also using s-b-h-t.com for their tanker division. Thanks for the info.

Im a Class A holder that got out of the industry about 2 years ago right before swift bought Central Refrigerated, I work in a Concrete Accessery yard now and one of our Rebar trucks was a Sherman Bros Trainer, the driver was very polite and the trainee he had was still eager and bright faced. He spoke very highly of them and said he was very easily making 300+ a day wich is what i was making a week at central. Thanks to him I may be looking into Sherman as an employer if this warehouse job doesnt pan out how I hope it will.

The glass division in Sherman is dying out they went from having almost a 100 glass truck fleet to barely pulling a few loads out of kingsburg every month. the office personnel is not that happy since they change constantly. They have some awesome dispatchers but under bad guidance from the higher ups the company could not keep its drivers happy. Since Bart Sherman took over there has been alot of moving around and lots of their more senior dispatchers and office personnel have moved to Leavitts trucking. They had a terrible turnover rate losing as many if not more drivers than they were hiring. The multi axle and resin fleet guys, and the O/O in the NW do much better than general freight and the glass guys. They have some good accounts, but it seemed that the issue was the people in the office not being allowed to properly dispatch their drivers to keep them happy, but rather to make their numbers look good for the office. If you are in the north west and like staying in the western 11 there are many more companies that would be better suited for you. Sbi used to be the company to drive for on the i5 corridor, drivers were making 50 to 90k and plenty of home time. Then around the time this thread was started it all went downhill. Those who are there now have no idea how good it was. I personally know about 15 people who were there in its prime, and all have moved on.

I see they started buying new Cascadia's for their conestoga trailers.
