Logs,
Look at it this way:
One should never break the rules unless one is fully familiar with them. How are we newbies ever going to become familiar with all the rules if you don't teach us?
Personally, I'm not driven for 4000 miles a week. I see no reason to drive illegal - and the company I'm with seems to actually pretty much against it. But that's me and where I am.
So, continue to teach. You may not save all of us, or even most of us... but you will save some - and possibly save most of us SOME pain.
Speaking of pain, if you take off, who's gonna wield the whips?
Should I just start telling everyone to run illegal?

Awww thanks
. I know its the few I do get to understand that matters
. I just keep forgetting that piece. It's frustrating as you trying to get that load there on time but can't because your HOS. I want to give up my job because many don't understand the rules, as I understand your rules but also understand what can happen.
Now if I was to make the rules: I could totally understand someone saying I need to drive a truck for # least 6 months to understand how to apply the rules. I wish I could make the rules! I really really do!
I might take a break for a few and answer post only! I won't post anything new unless it's something really good!

No! It's not just him, even though of all people I didn't expect him to be so pushy about things!

Especially me going on the road, I warned everyone the world would be in trouble if I went on the road #1
#2. I understand without driving over the road! I KNOW WHAT HAPPENS OUT THERE!

Logs have you ever got in a truck with some of the drivers and see how they do things maybe you should just a thought. I have seen how my hubby runs his books and tries to get from point A to point B on time.
-
Well, it's like this. When you quit saying that you could come out here and run the classroom log book with no problem, until you prove it with no excuses, laundry, kids or puppy's sick I will continue you to tell you that you don't have a clue...
You won't know till you try it.....

I, too have learned a lot from you Logs. And I'm not even a driver!
