Can someone explain this too me? You drive them on the truck with pallets. Then you take them off pallets, and hand load them too floor. Why not leave them on pallets. Do you get more on truck doing this way?

Yes they can stack to the ceiling if need be but also saves on the pallet costs
Home_on_wheels and rickybobby Thank this. -
This was my first stop. I had 3 stops. Straps would not work. They didn't line up, and these were small boxes. SNI paid me $150 to restack. It didn't take long I had some help. My 2nd stop had bigger boxes, so I used load locks. My 3rd was loaded to door., with bigger boxes.
TennMan Thanks this. -
I know you probably didn't have any, usually you would try to use plywood standing on end to hold that mess in place. Perhaps some cardboard sheets would have helped.

If that's a regular gig,get a cargo net like you use for a pick-up truck. String it between two load locks.

I had a special strap/net that would have worked well for a load like that. Pretty much was a bunch of straps sewed into a net. It was left in a mt trailer I picked up at a target I believe. Would have worked perfect for a load like that but never had a chance to use it.
