KW has an 86" studio sleeper, Western Star has 2 different 82". those are the biggest I know of. One 82" is ultra high (full trailer height) the other is like a regular condo sleeper. The Stars have up to 48" wide mattresses. That bunk size is not available on the new 5700 as far as I know, only on the 4900 series.

The op said he doesn't want a custom build...but as we have found out, there are not a lot of options for his request other than DIY or pay the higher price.
Necessity is the mother of invention! -
Yeah, not many choices getting a full size mattress without *tweaking*

Kenworth "Studio" sleeper has the couch. My '05 T-600 with a 86" "Aerocab" sleeper has a "full size" bottom bunk mattress. Just my $0.02. Also if you take the top bunk out you can put a 40" flat screen in.

Reason for edit: Can't keep my mouth shutsshewins Thanks this. -
First off I want to say "Thank you!!!" to all who have responded. I REALLY appreciate all of your help. Looks like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. It's obvious I either have to go "custom" or do surgery.

This is a serious issue for "us"!!! I am kind of stunned considering all of the couples I'm starting to see together. Especially in the past couple years. It's becoming more common. So, I CAN'T believe my wife and I are the only ones contemplating this issue. Hmmmmmm!
Thank you ALL!!!
PS, We're going to the "GATS" show in Dallas in August and this is something we are really going to bring up. Again, I can't believe we are the only ones who'd like a bigger bed without having to go custom. Hmmm. -
Most of the couples your going to see on the road are running team and most likely don't get to share the bed very often

That or they're really snug as a bug in a rug
