Internet is a wonderful thing. I remember fishing for a load on a Sunday morning with my truck posted up and clicking on the loads I was interested in. Broker calls me on one that worked good, went to a good area. I wanted more money but on consideration after already hanging up with him I decided his offer while not great was a good offer and not even close to an insult. Just so turns out their systems/phones were down. I tried emailing based off the ITS email, I tried a lot of different avenues. I called our office and told them what happened and that I was about to just deadhead home and was done. Our guy said give him a few minutes to try. I'll be darned if he didn't dig up some operations email for this company that went to some of their people's smartphones on a Sunday. And we booked that load. Kind of a long story I know. The moral is dig around for another number or an email contact, something, anything and go from there.

 

Lol, sounds like us trying to find someone on facebook after the broker transposed the phone numbers, but sometimes it does work.
