crst is heartless and liars

We'll I am glad someone is Happy! Sure there are probably a lot of company/LO/drivers that are happy with CRST. Perhaps the Bad Reports are from those who feel the company is not keeping the drivers busy making money or some other negative. And to be fair. I worked for a company that has a huge turnover rate and yet I found out it was not always the companies fault or to blame for the driver's problems.

You will know when you have a good job, when you stop shopping around for a better deal.

Even the worst companies can be a proper fit for the right driver if the drivers needs are being met.

I have gone on record stating while I would not recommend anybody going to CRST nor would I ever return....my time there wasn't awful either. Then again I knew what battles to pick and maintained a good relationship with my 1st shift FM so miles and money weren't a problem.

 

I think that is the way I felt about my last employer ( 8 years pulling refer at SRT) when I was there I never wanted to be a recruiter....Just minded my own business and made a nice paycheck when out on the road.

 

There are still people that fall for the snake oil sales out of these big cheap freight companies!?

This is an excellent point, and one that a lot of us, (myself included,) tend to forget! Back when I was with KNIGHT, (as a company driver,) I was talking to an O/O down in Phoenix. He was on a dedicated Phoenix to LA turn. He was driving an old Mack tractor, that had undoubtedly been paid for for years. He was just fuming. One of the newer drivers had just told him what an idiot he was for being an O/O for "such a company."
