There's a new king of posting the same load from different locations. TQL usually does it 10 times or so, Nelson posts the same load 30 different ways ! Good brokers out there, this should bother you too. These multi-posted loads just clog up the boards and waste our time calling to find out it's not where we thought. Time we could be calling YOU and viewing YOUR load. Consider if everyone posted their loads this way ?!!
Good carriers, why would you want to haul for a broker who proves they are dishonest before you even make the first phone call ? You are asking to have the screws turned on you if you deal with these clowns !

amazing, they now have it posted 60 ways ! 60 !! and at $2000.00. I'm not saying there aren't multiple loads, but there is no way in heck they have loads coming out of 20 different cities all going to Sidney, NE, all paying the same, all weighing the same. They could justify posting it for a few different days, but this is ridiculous. And Nelson does this with all their loads, not just this one. What a joke. nelson1.PNG nelson2.PNG nelson3.PNG

When you get crap like that, is there a way that you change a setting to not show loads from them?

most of the load boards have a function to report a carrier or broker... just report them every single time you see it and have others do so as well. If ITS and DAT get enough complaints about a single broker doing this, I'd be willing to bet they will do something about it... Hell they came after me because I put my phone number in the notes section of the posting, so they've got to do something about spam postings like that.

As a broker, I agree. Postings like these are shady and only serve to give other brokers a bad rap. That said, I have experienced some carriers use a similar tactic. They will make numerous postings of the same truck in the same city to make it seem that they have several trucks in the area only to find out that they had 1 truck. Spam postings are just bad business whatever end of the phone you are on.
