Im a team driver and for the first two years I had some pay raises but the last 15 months I haven't had one and Im starting to think if I should bring this up with my DBL. Is it normal to ask for a pay raise?
Should I ask for a raise if I hadn't had one in over a year?

have you done anything to deserve a raise
i know this is a dated conceptPuppage, Ougigoug, Chinatown and 1 other person Thank this. -
What's your scorecard at? After the 1st year any raises are based on your performance statistics (OTD, ETA accuracy, Fuel economy, etc.)

I just checked my performance scorecard for last year and it was in the low 70's due to days worked only being 74 out of 80 for goal. Does the performance have to be in the high 90's to be considered for a raise?

For solo it's 95-100 gets .005 CPM, 100-110 gets .01,over 110 gets .02 last time I checked. I'm maxed out so I don't care - the only raise I get is when the whole company gets one. Teams is probably different, ask your DBL. Being in the low 70's isn't all that great. Even if you worked the extra two-four days a quarter to get the 20 points for days worked you would still be in the low 90s, thus miss the bonus and pay raise. Bump up your eta accuracy and fuel compliance. Hitting 90% on both shouldn't be that hard.

It never hurts to ask!

yes you should ask for one if they dont give it quit specially if your not at 50 cents a mile

Better question to ask first is why have I not gotten one. Then go from there. As was mentioned above, raise/bonus is tied to performance metrics.
Your standings can be found on crossroads under your LOB tab. Check it often so you can adjust as needed.
Question I have for you is , what about your team mate? Have they made it?
