18yr olds may soon drive trucks?

I don't think I could trust anyone that just met my testee , that isn't qualified to do so.

 

I had this conversation on Facebook already. Ticks me off that people have no issue with 18 year old kids going off to war, leading men, being killed, killing etc...defending our country but don't want them driving. I even heard that driving a truck takes more responsibility than serving our country. You have to be kidding me. I can't believe some of the idiots I see out here every single day and many of them are way over 18.

Just because someone wasn't mature enough or intelligent enough at 18 to drive a truck doesn't mean the rest of us are. I was hauling grain when I was 14-15 years old. Don't compare your ignorance, immaturity etc with everyone else.

I ain't read this thread...just a few posts....but I am sure it's similar to the one on FB. All that does is make me shake my head at the outlooks of so many. Kids are willing to die for this country but they aren't mature enough to drive a big truck. LMAO Driving a truck is not rocket science. Obviously any moron can get a CDL, just take a look at almost every truck stop.

Like VaGump says, if you can carry a gun, you can drive a truck. Takes alot more to serve, especially in a time of war, than it does to drive a darn truck.

 

if that kid was thinking about his future, and not wanting any kids, he should have sought out a vasectomy.

but as it is, the gene pool has been cleaned up, once again.

 

I do not believe there are too many Mc Donald's or Burger Kings with the play rooms these days. as it may have to be, if 18 year olds start driving, will this mean the truck stops must now have them?

will there be "slip and slides" in the parking lots, God only knows the truckers pee available to lubricate them.
