    Yes, have to consider what fits the person. Do they want teams, have a criminal record, hiring area they live in, do they want reefers, dry van, flatbed, tankers, heavy haul, etc. Do they want coast to coast or regional; lot's to look at.

    Too many complaints about not getting hometime when requested and now driver facing cameras being installed.
    If I'm mistaken, let me know.
    What speed are the trucks governed to now?
