In every program there will be some who will do okay, and then the vast majority of others will not make it, and you are right, they want that pie in the sky, but gravity will always pull them back to earth.

 

From my dealings with Celadon in the past be Leary would love to know how it works out

 

Second day of orientation. Questioned them about that $300 a week incentive to stay out for 14 consecutive days. So the verbiage on that is vague. What was relayed to the entire class today was that is a one time thing for people just getting out of orientation to motivate them to run hard for the first two weeks of having your rig to build up some change prior to truck payments coming out.
