Can social media be the demise of bottom feeder companies?

    Yeah, your FB account --never-- goes away, like your credit score. I de-activated mine 2+ years ago, but it's still sitting there, waiting for my return. Like Elvis, or Jeebus.....

    Speaking of social media, a lot of time people will have valid points or good ideas. They screw theselves over when they rant or say things not pc. Im not trying to be the PC police but sometimes when you have a valid point you lose argument with the over the top adjectives used to describe the person or company that did you wrong. Personal opinion can make you lose credibility real fast on social media.

    For example, I was reading a review on rip-off report about a trucking company. The guy had valid points but then he started talking about the race of his DM and the race of the guy over the safety dept. He started using stereotypes and said some crazy things. He lost all credibility to an argument that was valid. I see things like that all the time when it comes to our industry. People don't take us serious. We have to stick to the facts and keep it professional to gain some credibility.
