Trans Am Still

Im getting ready to start with TA. Are they as bad as im hearing?

 

already decided I don't care if they sit me in a office for a week straight trying to get me to lease it aint happening.

 

It's good to hear from you, llsnemesis, although I am sorry to hear about your wife's mother. It's been a rough few days for me but if I remember correctly that is why you left....to be with and support your wife during the time she was caring for her mother.
Will you be going back to TransAm or trying for somewhere else? I can't remember right now how long you were OTR before family circumstances dictated your leaving.

Our Cranky Yankee is right on the money. TransAm is not as bad as some of the things that you will hear and read.....that being said, there will be times that you will think that it is even worse than they say. The main thing is to go company, be tough, deal with the frustrating days(because you will have those no matter who you work for), use them to learn and as a gateway to a better job.

How long did you drive for TA?

 

They are a good starter company, dano86. The very reason that we can point out all of the things that would make it a better company, is because they gave all of us the opportunity to learn and get a start in this business. There are some starter companies that are so bad that you never have the opportunity to learn and gain enough experience to move to a better position.
