There is always turnover lot's of guys do not want to work, just lolidog and drive.

Do they get paid to work or to drive? Nobody should complain about working as long as they are fairly compensated which doesn't seem to be the norm in the trucking industry and Schneider isn't exactly known for awesome pay.
