Try this seat pan-thing. I've used one for last 3 yrs, really works to keep my lower back pain in check, but sometimes it bothers my tail-bone, from pressure point. Got mine at a Pilot, but you can get it online too.

I hear some of this #### and cant see how anyone gets thru orientation with these companies I can see someone explaining that 3 out rule to me and me getting up and walking out I'm not a child and if Im sick then Im telling my dm I'm sick and that's all I need to say I do however realize some drivers out here tend to get sick ,hurt their back, sprain their eye lids ,when it's close to the weekend and their near their house. We have a couple drivers who amazing things happen to them when they are within the home range. It helps to be a reliable hard working driver so when you say your sick it's not questioned.
Vilhiem Thanks this. -
I don’t think you are going to get fired for that. Because causing back pain is not a problem that you did purposefully. It can be caused to anyone any day any time. So no one can blame you for that. It’s good that you consulted a chiropractor and get treatment. It’s hard to get a complete relief from back pain, but resting for two days with medications can give you some comfort. When I had back pain before, my physiotherapist in Mississauga suggested some stretches that have to be done on each day morning before starting the ride. You could try something like that and if you are fired for this reason then what's the point in working in such an organization.
