No Sentinel or should I say corporate. I don't think it's so much the OT that's the problem, it's these old drivers not producing.

Lol tell me about it. We get our numbers emailed to us every month and it's a list, so you can see all the other drivers. And man let me tell you we got some bums. One month I worked 220 hours and generated 16k in revenue. Another guy worked 300 hours and generated 15k. So he worked an extra 80 hours, which is all OT, about $2500 extra in his pocket that month, for grnerating less revenue than I did. I'm glad I got a raise because that really irritated me. I don't want to have to milk the clock like these other guys to make a good wage. I want to do my job in the most efficient way possible and be rewarded for it. Sorry for the rant.
SavageSam, Weeble Kneeble and Cali kid Thank this. -
I wish they would show us our numbers and then set up a bounce program, just for production. One of our ex chevron drivers said they had one like that at chevron. I would love to see my # got to be near the top lol. Hell sometimes dispatch adds work to my plate when he is in a bind.

Yep it's cool seeing yourself at #1 it's a good confidence boost and pushes you to be better if someone beats you the next month. But it also irritates you scrolling down the list and seeing how much more money people are making for doing less actual work.
Cali kid Thanks this. -
We have a bonus program we just put in for that reason. It's up to an extra dollar/hour for basically just doing your job like you're supposed to. Apparently it's tough for some people.

I guess our new system is a yearly review in July with raises based on productivity and other things. I would rather have a raise than another bonus program because bonuses don't benefit from overtime multipliers.

We need something along with other things, but hey I'm just a driver so I stay out of it.
