Come on EagleOps, your a company man. Tell us, when a company starts doing buisness with another company only to find the partnership is unprofitable.
    What happens??
Does said company continue to lose money with first buisness, or do they cut thier loses and find a different company to do buisness with.

Nope, not really. That used to apply when Eagle would sign Terms of Separation when drivers would leave, but that's no longer the policy. A few bad apples ruined the bunch, so to speak.

Now, in almost all cases, you'd need to turn your truck in and sign a new lease with Quality in order to move to a new company. There are exceptions, but those basically boil down finding someone at Quality that's either having a good day, or just feels like moving you to a new company without paying attention to the rules.

He's asking what he (as a small business owner) should do if he's working with another company (Eagle) and doesn't find it to be profitable. My answer now is that same as it always was: leave. You should never stay in a business arrangement when you aren't making what you want to. If you have the means to leave and you feel that way, I would advise you to do it.

Not sure, that would be a Quality policy, and I'm not terribly familiar with those as they relate to things outside of Eagle.
