    If you were the box planner...How would you handle trailers search issues. You have guys abusing the system. How would you handle the abusers? I think sni has over 40k trailers (im not sure) Sni is trying to put some kind of system in place. The only way it will work,is to hit people in their pockets. So, what kind of ideas would you suggest?. Maybe I am one of the lucky ones. I have not been on that many searches this year.lol

    It starts with a more accurate system. closer to real time info. until that happens , all of it is worthless.

    If you cannot rely on accurate info from the box plannners in the first place , then doubling the fleet of trailers will be useless and a waste of resources. There will be twice as many that they cant find.

    Whos? the fleet has the "latest" system.,.,.


    I think its time for them to upgrade from Atari software to first gen Nintendo software.

    The only "waste of resources" going on here is Schneider hiring incompetent people running customer service and box planning.

    As I understand things the first gen tracking had poor battery recharge or had just aged out.
    I think the software end user side is the issue. Not just on trailers either. TennMans recent example as wel as my own experience attest to that. I was IN Obetz with my truxck behind m , Mech says tracking shows you in Va!!!

    To be fair, hardware and software is an issue.

    Similar to the mechanics having limitations of what they are allowed to do. WE complain they are useless, but f they had their driuthers , they would make sure the equip is in top shape.
