I drove for two other companies prior to coming here and never experienced MT drama or screw up appointments until I came here. So at least for me that says something.

Accuracy with trailer searches, i.e. not sending a driver somewhere that has no empties, or the trailer they think is empty is actually loaded.

Communication with customers - making sure the customer is actually open and will release an empty trailer.

Not sending 20 drivers after the same trailer, or sending a driver looking for a trailer knowing darn well another driver might deliver a load to the same place and take the only empty.

Communication with drivers - if I send in a request for an empty trailer, I shouldn't have to wait an hour to get a response back, or have it ignored completely.

    1. Stop sending 10 drivers to a place that has 1 mty.
    2. Stop sending drivers to a customer knowing that they don't release mty's. ( been sent to a number of customers that tells me that 'SNI knows we don't release mty's")
    3. Stop sending drivers to p/u mty that is still loaded. ( what's that camera in the trailer for? Not willing to use it??)
    4. Stop putting p/u mty at drop in workflow knowing there's no mty there. ( They should have ample time to check prior to us arriving based off our ETA to delivery.)
    5. Stop telling us to p/u a certain trlr # at customers that assigns you an mty. ( They know who they are.)

There is more but my finger is tired.

Here's the easiest and best way in my opinion to get the trailer issue with IC's fixed.

Pay the IC mileage pay at the mileage rate plus fsc from point a to b to get the mt and we would be happy to do it.

Don't make us give up the 1st 50 miles for free because it's not free to drive them then only get there and SNI say it's 47 so no pay. Then next time a drive goes to closest place he or she knows and says crew the box planner and takes an empty someone else is on the way to pick up.

Also stop bobtailing so many company trucks inot shippers to save money and put the cost on IC's.

That's what they should do what I don't see it happening.
Just like they should pay us detention earlier than starting after 6+ hours
