Final update....they can't say they were not warned.
I finally got paid (after waiting for a month) if you want to call what I got being "paid." I returned via USPS their driver's manual (after having it duplicated which cost a whopping $6.10), their ComData card (which cost them absolutely nothing), their accident camera, all their FMCSR and HAZMAT books, etc. When I finally got my settlement, they deducted $75 for the driver manual (which cost me $6.10 to have copied), they deducted $75 for the ComData card (which they got from ComData for free), and $8.00 for the accident camera. Keep in mind that I mailed all this stuff back to them. Additionally, they deducted $125.00 for a DOT physical that I did not want or need.
As I said...they can't say they were not warned. Forwarding a complaint about their equipment with supporting photos to the Federal Motor Carrier's Safety Administration.Bell_Diver, HeWhoMustNotBeNamed, superflow and 1 other person Thank this. -

Way to go Nimrod.....
That's what we call : " calling them to the carpet" ,dont cha just love it when they start to squim because their BS is not selling too good ? ....wish we had more like you brother , we would all make more$ and take less BS , & probly straighten out this industry , unfortunately alot of drivers just buy into their programs ,bend over & flip their skirt for em which only makes things worse& worse out here for the rest of us , they have the guts to fly across mt ranges with 40 tons of equipment , but can't stand up to an office boy for fear of loosing their low paying job i guess ........
Sounds like this fraudulent agreements they make with society would cause hardships on any family not to mention any other family on our highways as well .....we appreciate you Nimrod , stay sharp ! ....you are not alone !TST65 Thanks this. -
Hopefully you didn't pull that trailer wit the F' upped tandem pins. Why would you leave the yard with a truck in That condition?
Improperly working wipers, mirror not securely attached to truck, are both items that should be recognized on a Pre trip and flagged for repair. Should not leave the yard.TST65 Thanks this. -
snowmantrucking101 and TST65 Thank this.

I sacrificed 6 weeks of my life with that crappy company! I broke down in one of those crappy USA Internationals 7 times in those 6 weeks.
I did foreward numerous pics and documents as well to the FMCSA about Frontier! I cannot believe that they are still in business! -
Any knucklehead outift that would ask me to drive a truck in that kind of shape would be watching my tail lights as I leave there in my p/u truck.
No way, no chance, no how.
More drivers need to stand up and say "absolutely not" when it comes to this type of situation, especially in a case like with those cracks in the subframe of that trailer.
