Is that to the truck or do they get a % of those rates?
    Who's trailer?
    Any charge backs?

You need to know the answer to those questions.
If they take a cut of those rates, plus charge a trailer fee or you use your own,to me that would on the low side.
Don't need the company info,I'm over on the east coast, thanks anyway.

Noticed the ad and there it is.. Along with a question.. I see ads like that in all states at certain truck stops.. of course the pamphlets, small books of bigger company's are usually close by. But that type of ad isn't common in the larger, truck stop chains.. at least not that I've noticed..

And yeah, I got the impression, no cut, just you and your truck.. I'd be disappointed otherwise.. then again, the rates still seem on the low end to me

Seems that rates like that would depend on fuel prices. If there is no fuel surcharge, your profits could come and go in a big way with changing fuel prices.

If you're only doing 1850 miles/week, you're running short hauls and should be averaging better than $1.80-$1.90/mile.

"pick your own lanes" = broker freight

Saying "the average driver" does xxxx and then giving a range instead of an average means they're making #### up

That's something that I always found odd. An average is ONE number. But everyone gives a range, and calls it an average. Maths are hard.

Those are loaded miles... If you have to dead head 150 miles to get load, than its not worth jack.
