I didn't know that rooster was so similar. Go figure!

Guess it makes sense, isn't pollo chicken?

This driver is headed to bed.

@FatDaddy ...I want you to realize that your joke has an alternate meaning when you use a synonym for rooster. I am pretty sure the censor would block me if I said it, so I'll let the lot of you figure it out.

    G'night folks!

I got a load assignment... but appt set for tomorrow at 14:00 WA time... :biggrin_25510: Shipper is booked up, can't be earlier... Place is small, busy, no room for overnight parking and gotta arrive no more than 1 hr earlier...
So... I left that nice but not free truck stop where I was this morning and came to this weigh station/ rest area a little south of that truck stop... Nice to know that most weigh stations in WA are closed... :biggrin_25519:
And decided to stay here till I leave tomorrow... no need for restaurants or showers or even bags of ice since now I have this 12V cooler and it's still working... :yes2557: Not sure the restrooms are open though... but even if they are not, that's ok... I am prepared for that... :biggrin_25519:
Only a couple of truck stops nearby shipper... Ernie's in Kent and Mustard Seed Market Deli and Travel Plaza... Considering they are not very large and all the warehouses in that area, I didn't feel very strong about arriving there at 15:00 and finding a good spot... and free...
So... here I stay... gotta eat now...

THAT'S RIGHT! Pollo is chicken... female bird... but gallo is the Spanish word for rooster... the male... :biggrin_25519:

BTW... I always knew that... you have your mind in the gutter, don't you... :biggrin_25522:

    Good nite my friend... :biggrin_25518:

Salsa is more liquid than pico de gallo, with red or green sauce vs just the veggies like pico usually is. Most places in El Paso serve pico as a taco toppi.
But even that isn't set in stone.

Trying out the Lee-Hi. Been thru here a bunch of times but always stopped at White's. This time available hours favored a stop 10 miles closer so I went for it. The dog needs a walk, then I might go inside for some food. First time in a while with a sensible schedule this trip, so far. Maybe speaking too soon, as that will depend on how real my pickup appt is on the reload tomorrow.

@flyingmusician a little deja vu. This load picked up in Perry, GA and delivers up I-81 about 50 miles further than the Lee-Hi. I took the back roads thru Augusta, which meant my only deep discount fuel stop was the TA-formerly-76 in Columbia. It's still the same dump I visited back in March, although the repair shop is now open. Whatever that's worth.
