Glad I work for a company that respects drivers enough to make our own decisions.

 

Nope. Not at all. I've been waiting for that trick phone call from somebody from SNI. Supposedly they aren't allowed to call while you are showing on the drive line.

 

If they want to pull that crap on company drivers, fine. But you lease guys are paying them, that at the very least ought to make a difference.

 

Yeah you would think that..but no deal.

 

What about straight up owner operators?

 

When they start hiring drivers with 6 months experience that are getting into slow maneuvering truck stop backing accidents, they're accident rate starts going up, then they hire a new safety manager to deal with the increased frequency of accidents that are occurring, then throw on top of that the fact that we're getting into a soft freight market, it's only natural for a crazed safety manager to start going on witch hunts to cut the excess fat.

You would think with all of Schneider's rats on this forum they would see and report back what a joke they are becoming and make some REAL changes.
