I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

Heading to San Antonio to deal with a receiving clerk who clearly does not like Munoz trucking.

 

It's not just me. Every one of our drivers who has dropped there has reported that he's got a really bad aattitude towards us. Doesn't enforce the park in the street before checking in rule on other trucks but will on ours. I've seen that myself.

 

He banned one driver and ordered his half unloaded trailer reloaded because the driver asked if it was empty more than once.

 

maybe it isn't Munoz just one driver on the poop list

 

Every driver has experienced his rudeness. He got mad at me when I suggested the park on the street sign might be more helpful outside .

His reply was I informed your dispatch. This happens all the time. Blah blah blah.

I told him a lot of these little rules we have to learn on our own. Dispatch doesn't tell us. I just thought posting that at the entrance would save everyone some headache.

He just replied with my dock assignment and shut the window.

 

Got empty this morning in Fort Worth and now being reloaded in Ardmore.... same customer I was a couple weeks ago... but this time will be going to MA... Have been at that consigneee too...

If he's rude again to me this time the company will get a nice email from me.
