    Ah, the old bait and switch... Come aboard at .52cpm - good luck averaging 2200 miles per week. Added incentive is micro-management, subpar equipment, night nazi's after 1700, and the classic "Will my check clear on Friday?" Show me the money, honey...

    I love the loaded miles bit....

    Like the driver determines how far he has to dh for a load. Guess the truck drives it self to get loaded.

    should be same pay loaded or empty, if dispatch can't get you the miles why should the driver take a pay cut? I recommend you revise your business model if you want quality drivers.
