Need help understanding "New" codes in Paccar engine.

It needs to happen. How many of us are facing bankruptcy, divorce, suicide.... These junk engines should never have been released to the public. Plenty of guys owe 100K on a truck that won't run. Even guys with new trucks face days or weeks of downtime on a regular basis, Paccar won't share information and they claim its because they don't want competitors using the information to improve their products.... WHY would any other manufacturer want to perform at the level of Paccar?
There are Paccar engines lined up out the driveway at Peterbilt/Kenworth service centers all across the country, how has there not been a class action suit already?

 

UPDATE! Still no idea what is wrong.

 

Paccar does not share any information with the public, so essentially no it doesn't have an onboard recorder (that the public can see) and when the codes are cleared there is no history of them at all (paccar keeps them in a database that we can't see). I bought it from what I assumed was a reputable dealer (Garden City Peterbilt in Kansas) but they didn't tell me the truth about the history. The Paccar rep says this truck has been a "problem child" since it was new but he won't say what that means. As far as doing "homework", yeah I did, Cummins has crankshaft, head, cam, etc,,, issues and Paccar has sensor, codes, etc... So pick your poison... I should have picked Cummins.
