    Anyone cash in their points? I would rather do that, if possible, than buy stuff with points and sell on ebay or Craigslist.

    I don't think you can cash them in. In fact, I'm certain that their terms and conditions (you know, the long thing in small print that no one ever reads) states that their points have no cash value. Find someone down on their luck and donate your points to them by buying them some food.

    My father in law does it all the time. As far as I know the only things you can't use them on is alcohol and tobacco.

    I've used points for scale tickets. I concur with you - it is absolutely permissible and a great way to obtain reimbursement from points from your carrier or a tax-deduction.
