Headed to Richmond for my physical next Friday, and as long as everything is kosher, should hopefully be in orientation around the 5th?
Vilhiem Thanks this. -
Welcome to Abilebe

Abilene is what you make of it. They have decent equipment, good miles, mostly all freight is light except for a few customers. I enjoy them. Been here since Feb 014'. All trucks are auto. Volvo, Kenworth, Freightliner and Mack. Mack usually for regional guys/gals though. Company wide pay raise recently. They know you by name. You walk in and can talk to them. I enjoy the Canada runs we have. We run all 48. Nyc is a pain. Have some customers going into Brooklyn and on Long Island. But ask any of our drivers or directions on the Qualcomm for turn by turn directions. And 88% of the time I've went in, I usually always come out empty. Trk speed is 68. Well... my truck says 68, gps says 67. Your miles depend on the driver. I avg 5700-6200 miles per pay period. Every 2 weeks. I have had 1 pay period when I hit 6900 miles. Insurance is Coventry Health. It seems ok. All the trailers usually are up to date. Mostly all air slide tandems. Reefer trls are serviced regularly. If you need a trl washout, we have an account at blue beacon no questions asked.
Driver facing cameras...I know alot of people #### their pants about that but it's no big deal really as long as you do your job. They don't purposely nic-pic @ you on the camera thing. I'm trying to think about everything. Elogs powered by Qualcomm. It's easy...touch screen. Transflo on the paperwork but I've been using the transflo app on my phone for the last 8 months with no problems. Detention after 2 hours. I can't remember how much though. 10 cents more per mile running the north east. All the trucks have fridges. Ez pass, prepass... fuel at terminals pilot, the hook, and loves. I've heard some drivers say we can't fuel at loves but that's all I fuel at and I've never had anyone say anything to me. I'd say 75% drop and hook. Broker loads are rare. I've had 1 on the last 3 months.MidWest_MacDaddy and Vilhiem Thank this. -
