Swift Gremlins

Walmart accounts aren't always that bad. Cr England pays 25cpm for otr when I was there. I was on the Walmart account though and got 36 cpm plus 10 bucks per drop. Wasn't the best money but It paid my bills.

If they service your home walmart they'll probably just have you diliver there once a week for your 34. The key I figured out is do all the crap short runs with a smile and no problems and then dispatchers will give you longer runs. If you can do not shower or do laundry at the truck stops. Hopefully they have facilities for you at the dc. With England you didn't get put in line for your next load till you returned to the dc. We had a guy that would shower everyday at the truck stops and wonder why I always did more loads then him.

Also once you are completely empty call dispatch and ask if there are any back hauls that need picked up or anyone that needs help finishing a run. I saw a couple people run out of hours and I finished the loads for them.

Swift was the only company that would put it in writing that I could be home for my brothers wedding for 5 days just a month after I got hired. So that's why I came here.
When I let people on TTR know about my decision the response I got was, "that's because Swift doesn't care about lying to you"
Well I'm sitting at home getting ready for the rehearsal dinner now. So they seem to suck at lying so far lol
And so far that plexiglass window has been a joke. Ive met my DM 4 or 5 times now just by walking up to the window and saying her name. Hopefully that doesn't mean I'm screwing things up too much haha

 

When you're done swimming at the bottom of the barrel, no bad posts by you, so that no TTR members will have to tell you that they told you so. That's all I'm saying.

 

It sure doesn't feel like the bottom when I get 18 cpm more than CRE and 10 more than Werner. At least I'll always have those guys to make me feel better haha
