Not coming to Schneider at this time.

I'm in orientation this week and the safety guy brought this story up.

 

And I'm sure Schneider still hasn't stopped sending load availability notifications to the Qualcomm and handheld mobile devices while people are driving. Hypocrites.

 

Did he tell you he or his coworkers were lurking on forums and that's how he found out?

 

Yeah. He said he was looking on the forums and figured out who it was. He said steveb1973 though. Lol

 

man.......just wow......I'm guessing Schneider doesn't nee drivers nearly as bad as they thought.

But the good news is that they have an abundance of 'gently used' L/O tractors in stock.......saw a bunch in Carlisle recently

 

They had a pile of drivers this week. New and experienced. 2 bus loads and a Ford van. No driver shortage at this place. Lol...

A friend of mine has been approved to come to the IC program, but his recuiter is stating he'll have to wait until november. They are only allowing 2 drivers a week in orientation that are bringing there own trucks over and not leasing through SFI. His recruiter stated that since the IC program has be so successful and they huge influx of new drivers, they are having to limit the number of drivers at orientation as well. I told him this sounds like a recruiter BS story. My guess is the recruiter has probably met his quotat of drivers for the this month and october is just trying to get a head start on november.

 

I consistently book freight driving down the road and I know for a fact I'm not the only one.

 

I hope you havnt been posting anything that can be traced to who you really are on here, or else bye bye. If your name even closely resembles who you really are then I'd think about deleting that post.
