With what I've been reading, sounds like Schneider is setting themselves up for the same law suit that FedEx just lost, and you guys are classified as company drivers now. Someone needs to request form s6 (if I recall correctly from the conversation I had with OOIDA legal dept) and fill it out and include the contract with it. Call OOIDA legal, they are really good at picking apart the contacts on the lease deals.tsavory, Cat sdp, PoleCrusher and 6 others Thank this.
