    No you don't have to go to a school your local DMV office has the cdl study guide just read that and take the test

    Doubles/Triples was just a written test.
    So was tanker. Hazmat was test and prints like the other driver already said.

    Don't forget before you go to the DMV to take the test , to go to an authorized company, pay the fees and get your TSA background check. If the DMV doesn't have the TSA report wont issue the hazmat endorsment.

    If you are going to get your Hazmat and Tanker you might as well apply for your TWIC card and the same time.
