problems fueling at loves

    Every other time....
    I put in my card. It asks for my company driver number. I'm O/O though. So I have to push cancel. Then wait around for multiple minutes for it to finally cancel.
    Then put my card in again to have it read "error 099 missing text"
    Then I go piss and grab some coffee due to being annoyed
    Then come out and run my card again, and it works perfectly. No problems.
    Why is fueling so complicated for me?

    Is it a Fuel card account or your own checking account? I've never had trouble with my own card at any place I've gotten fuel at

    If it's a card through a company then call the company that provided you with the card they'll be more help than us.

    I've pushed enter.
    Typed in my company number.
    Always says invalid.
    Was just seeing if anyone else was having pump problems too.

    I've noticed that some of the pump card readers have been acting odd. They usually ask the questions in sequence but a few times it hasn't been in the order it usually is and I accidentally keyed in the mileage in the trip number and trip number in the mileage.

    No He goes in uses the restroom gets a coffee then goes back out to try it again, meanwhile the line to fuel is 3 deep... aaahhh they can wait...
