    I think russtrucker has a lot to learn before getting his own authority since he feels the dispatcher or broker should tell him where he can and can't go. When he has his own authority he should learn a lot in a short time.

    It's under restriction by highway,link ends with vatruckweb. It's shows a map,zoom in 15 is a black dotted line,which is 65 foot restriction from 29 south of Gainesville to Md line.
