    If one is coming on as an IC, can they request a specific ICA, or is it just luck of the draw until you've been there long enough to request someone different?

    depends on if there is a truck available for you when the time comes. Usually you get a few days. You are really out for 3 weeks by the time you pass SQT's. So having a few days off is what would normally happen for an OTR driver if they chose to go home.

    How are you guys making it? Are yall running 2 short runs a day, or 1 long one? These rates are alot lower than I was use to. Just trying to see how to work this system to make the money.
