    My guess guys driving too fast for conditions (rain), not look far enough ahead and if it is like around here this is the first rain they have had in almost a month lifting oil off the road and turning it to ice.

    Not literally ice- oil on water is slick. Like ice.

    That's exactly what I understood from FuzzFace2, oil picked up by water same result as ice on the road.

    Doesn't even have to be oil, water on asphalt can get you. I also understood what he said, but for the sake of accuracy....

    Sorry guys turned it to LIKE ice is that ok now ;) LOL

    Good news, it was on the TV news last night and everyone walked away.
    The tank driver took some time to climb out, but was out before rescue crews got there.
    I don't think they said what the cause was or I do not hear.
