    nearly all cameras for out doors, is infra red/night time vision. they have good quality video. you should have been there to watch it for yourself, cuz now, it can be either deleted or destroyed.

    I did, they only show me part of the video. now is on the hands of my attorney, they won't talk to me anymore about it.

    that is correct. you lawyerd up, so did they. i doubt you will ever be able to do business with them anymore, even if per chance they are indeed innocent of anything but stupidity, if say, the lights were not working or left off for some reason, like a bad timing device. best to seek out a new place to park now.
