When I drove before prime was pretty much a lease company is it still the same or do they also have company drivers now just curious?
Chinatown Thanks this. -
I don't work there and never have, but I do know they have both lease and company drivers. I guess the company is OK except the trucks are too slow and use those small lightweight tractors.the454kid Thanks this.

Sorry for the delay , they have both lease and company drivers, pay is higher due to trucks being slower but you can still make money here.
454kidPoacher Thanks this. -
Hows your training going? Im leaving for Springfield next Sunday 8-23.
And not all of Prime trucks are lightweight. Im going tanker. Tank as well as flatbed dont use lightweight.firemedic2816 Thanks this. -
I am applying for Prime, but I have 9 mo exp...
I dont know if I will take the job though... going 55 mph is way too slow on a highway imo. -
Check Dynamic Transit, they might hire you. They used to require 12 months exp. but no longer do if the applicants application looks good.
