Everyone finds what works best for them....and if you are wise you have back up. Not often, but several times over the years the King has found himself in places that he had absolutely no form of electronic communications available.
Just a few more days and I will no longer be a slave to our city......Hallelujah!:biggrin_25514:. I am afraid I had a little fit yesterday ...it wasn't pretty...I can be quite evil :biggrin_2559:. I think it did the trick ....temporarily at least ....no more phone calls, so far.....they just send me emails.:biggrin_255:

Keasby has signs telling you to leave after delivery. if you deliver you can go north on 95 about 4 miles there's a service Plaza. kicker is it's only truck parking and feel the building is closed for renovations

Totally agree with ya CD...before I leave out I bring up the route on google maps, then on my co-driver app, then I oldfashion it with my atlas. At that point I call the company to see if there's anything hinky I need to know about like a low overpass or a 5 ton bridge. I probly overdo things a bit but i have gotten myself into situations in the past that were....easily avoided with a little homework.

Are you guys ready for one of the Queen's critter stories?

My house is brick....I have metal gutters. The most mentally challenged woodpecker in the state of Missouri has found his way to the Queen's wildlife refuge. That stupid bird has tried to peck on the house....:biggrin_25513:.....now he is spending his day pecking on the gutter.....:dontknow:.....at the window by my desk.:biggrin_2557:. Do you think he is a spy for the city sent here to punish me for having a conniption fit yesterday?:biggrin_2554:

As I sit at this receiver, two hours into a 13 roll offload, hoping I can get across Chicago to my backhaul soon so I can tickle the speed limit in order to make it to the house in time to read my princess a bedtime story, I think about how tragic it must be to have a woodpecker near the space where you inform and entertain us. My heart goes out to you...these are indeed hard times.
